Return Policy
At Modest Style Bar Boutique, we want you to love your purchases! If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a store credit-only return policy that ensures a smooth and fair process for both you and us. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase (in-store or online) to qualify for store credit.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Exclusions: Sale items, final clearance items, intimate apparel, accessories, or custom orders are not eligible for returns. Special event pieces or promotional items may also be excluded from returns; please check product details for exclusions.
Return Process
- In-Store Returns: Bring the item(s) to our boutique along with the receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation for online orders).
- Online Returns: Please contact our customer service team at modeststylebar@gmail.com for return instructions. Ensure items are returned using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Store Credit
- Amount of Credit: You will receive store credit for the full purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding shipping costs). The store credit can be used in-store or online.
- Expiry: Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date and can be used on any future purchases, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
Exceptions to the Policy
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your purchase is defective or damaged, we’ll make it right by offering you a replacement or store credit at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited back to your store balance.
- If your return does not meet the return eligibility requirements (e.g., returned after 7 days, worn items), we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer partial credit based on the condition of the item.
Final Sales
- Any items purchased with promotional offers or heavily discounted may be considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
